Parmesan Turkey Breast

½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 pound turkey breast
2 tablespoons omega-3 butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup spicy marinara sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or Italian parsley

1. Preheat broiler.
2. Sprinkle salt and pepper over turkey. Place turkey in 1 layer in a jelly-roll pan and brush butter and garlic over turkey. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source for 2 minutes and turn. Top with cheese and continue to broil for 2-3 minutes until no longer pink in the middle.
3. Transfer to serving plates; spoon sauce over turkey and top with basil.
