Bison Kabob
1 pound Sirloin
2 medium zucchini or yellow squash
1 large red bell pepper
1 large onion, quartered
8 mushrooms
8 cherry tomatoes
Marinade
½ cup low sodium soy sauce
½ cup canola oil
1 cup dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
The sirloin should be cut into 1½ inch
cubes and marinade in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
The squash and bell pepper should be cut into ½ inch pieces.
Skewer the product as desired and grill over medium hot
coals for 8 to 10 minutes - brushing marinade occasionally.
